Convert audio for the way you will use it
Audio Converter accepts supported music and sound files and exports MP3 or 16-bit PCM WAV at 44.1 kHz. Choose mono or stereo, listen to the returned file and download it. Video inputs belong in Extract Audio under Video.
- Should I choose MP3 or WAV?
- MP3 uses lossy compression and offers 128, 192 or 320 kbps output. WAV stores uncompressed PCM audio and usually uses more space. Converting a lossy source to WAV cannot restore missing detail.
- Are source tags and cover artwork kept?
- Source metadata and artwork are removed. Mono and stereo are preserved as selected; inputs with more than two channels are downmixed with a warning.
